Here are some other illustrations that were completed while writing this story which were ultimately edited out of the published book.
University of Iowa Hospital Murals
I completed a commission to create four large paintings in 2008 for the Pediatrics Wing at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. A couple of these paintings, which were based on illustrations from Jungle Gym Jitters were later relocated near the entrance to the Stead Family Children's Hospital.
It was an honor for me to work on this project, and I can think of no better place for my children's art to be enjoyed.
